Maynard L. Dokken - Chairman

As a founder and originator of the SharesAG business model, Maynard Dokken brings his innovative financial strategies and management expertise to the company.

Prior to the development of SharesAG, Maynard Dokken was the President and CEO of Milinx Business Group, Inc., where from 1997 to 2001, he successfully raised over $30 million and took the company public. Milinx became an industry leader in the ASP services software for telephony.

Maynard was responsible for the policies and strategy of the company; the development of research and technology resulting in the ASP business model;  Intellectual Property development with nine patents filed world-wide;  and Mergers and Acquisitions including compliance with the SEC and Corporate Governance.

Before Milinx, from 1994 to 1996, Maynard created and operated Assured Card Corporation later renamed CreditAssure International, a pre-cursor to online payment systems.

He has worked with major corporations such as Marsh McClennan, AOL, PriceWaterHouse Coopers, Sun Microsystems, Netscape, Oracle as well as many other investment banks, insurance companies and their associates.

Earlier, in 1992, Maynard Dokken was Managing Director for the North American division of First Continental Industries, a Swiss based International Finance Company where he was responsible for completing $50 million in financing for projects in North America within a two year period. As well during the 80's Mr. Dokken was responsible for the development of over $100 million in real estate.
