Wanda Halpert is a veteran in business development and strategic planning and brings experience and considerable contacts to SharesAG. As president of Concord Business Development, Inc. since its inception in 1997, Wanda Halpert has managed the production of over 250 business plans in more than 100 industry sectors. To date, her clients have arranged $750 million in outside financing and completed 42 M&A transactions.

It is Wanda Halpert’s high standards and insistence on quality that have garnered the respect of a worldwide client base. Under her direction, the firm regularly structures business models for projects seeking $2 million to $100 million. Many of Concord's clients are listed and trading on the OTC BB and Pink Sheets exchanges.

In addition to her work with Concord Business Development, Wanda has traveled extensively on business related projects and maintained contacts globally. Wanda has coordinated administrative systems, financial controls and marketing strategies for companies in the US, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, China, and India.

Wanda Halpert has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Business Management Forum, a federally funded program for executives, for over five years.

Other positions include terms as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Museum and Chair of Acquisitions for Vancouver Opera.
