Subscriptions
The SharesAG ratings system will consist of a score assigned to each offering. The higher the total achieved, the lesser the risk. The number is derived through a point system which will credit the company with points based on meeting industry standard qualifications. For publication purposes, numbers will be presented in a Five Star system where five stars equals 100 and each star represents 20 points. For example: an applicant that receives 3½ stars for corporate governance would have an underlying rating of 70. All criteria will be combined on a weighted basis to provide a single Five Star rating.
SharesAG's Five Star rating system will provide investors with information on rated securities. The SharesAG site will include both a large free area and a paid subscription area. Individuals or groups may purchase subscriptions from SharesAG. A paid subscription will provide comprehensive data for individual investors or securities professionals.
