SharesAG created the private placement insurance sector for micro cap companies. It has added its proprietary insurance risk reduction and credit enhancement model and enabled these products for micro cap companies.

An assessment of potential clients will be completed by an independent rating agency. Profits will be generated from participation in the equity of clients (equity premium), ratings/assessments and subscriptions.

Proprietary Model

SharesAG is implementing a proprietary structured funding, risk and credit enhancement model which will be SharesAG-administered, using bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicles (SPVs). As well as reducing the risk of the SharesAG micro cap insurance products this process will also provide an additional channel for potential micro cap funding.

Management Team

SharesAG's management team has proven business acumen and intellectual property development of financial and insurance systems that will drive SharesAG forward to take its place as a leading insurance and ratings company for the micro cap world. SharesAG will continue to recruit new talent to build the company with the skill sets necessary to become and maintain market leadership.
