Angelo Ierace - Director of Insurance

Angelo Ierace brings a legacy of insurance experience to SharesAG. In the life insurance industry since 1961, he was president, Director and Chairman of the Board of Universal Security Life and Universal Life Holding Corporation, an insurance company that operated five independent agencies and a finance company. The subsidiaries were:  Universal Security Life Insurance Co; Comprehensive Insurance Planning Corp.; Security Income Plan, Inc.; American Family Investors, Inc. and Farmers Security Corp. of America. The financial component was Security Income Plans, Inc. Profitability of the company was attained in the first six months of operations.

In subsequent years, Angelo Ierace, due to his achievements in the industry, consulted to the White House in the insurance area.
