Steven Price - CFO

Steven Price is a financial executive who has experience as a CFO, Controller and SEC reporting manager for several public companies. He brings his expertise in audit management, merger & acquisition due diligence and valuation and financial analysis to SharesAG. In 2003, Mr. Price was an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University where he taught “Financial Reporting and Analysis” for the MBA program.

Steven Price has managed the filing of 10Ks, 10Qs and S-8s as well as the preparation of numerous business models complete with full multi year financials suitable for sophisticated investor analysis.

Prior experience includes the position of CFO at The National Registry, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRID), where he developed and managed all SEC reporting procedures, investor relations and HR  functions and performed due diligence for two acquisition candidates.

Steven began his career at Coopers Lybrand and has held positions at Citicorp/Citibank as a controller.

Steven Price received an MBA from Southern Illinois University and CPA certification from California. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Valuation Analyst and has an MS in accounting from California State University.

Steven Price’s memberships in professional organizations include the Institute of Business Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Arizona Society of CPAs and the Business Enterprise Institute.

Mr. Price served in the United States Air Force where he was Captain and Instructor Navigator.

Steven Price was the Founder of the St Petersburg Symphony.
